I am in complete disbelief but so overjoyed

It took us 5 cycles coming off the nuva ring to conceive. My hands are shaking as I type this. I seriously thought my period was on its way. I’ve been cramping since 6dpo and I tested at 8dpo and got a BFN. Today I am 10dpo and I finally got my BFP. I can’t wait to tell my fiancé when he gets home from work. Our 10 year anniversary is July 25th and it is the best gift I could’ve gotten.
