Improve cervical mucus
Hello! Has anyone done anything that helped improve or increase cm? I don't have very much cm, and during ovulation time I only get wet cm not ewcm.. I did get a lot of ewcm the first two months after getting off the pill, but nothing after that (so 7 months without ewcm now). If you have any advice I would be really happy!
