Coffee caused anxiety

So I woke up around 9am & I got a cup of coffee & I didnt drink it all at once it sat there for a few hours so I would just go back to my cup whenever I wanted to drink it. Its currently 6:13 pm & I'm anxious as hell. I havent ate anything for a few hours (last time I ate anything was around 2) so I just got done eating noodles because i thought that would help and it honestly made it worst and idk what to do. If you have any suggestions please give me a few suggestions on what to do. I dont normally drink coffee, i have to be in the mood for it.
