Baby blues/ PPD
Anyone else struggling with baby blues? I’m such an extrovert and I think the pandemic is effecting me now more than ever because I’ve only socialized with my immediate family!
What are your tips and tricks to coping with the baby blues while keeping baby safe during the pandemic?
P.s. I’m really missing my labor and delivery experience! I wish I could go back and do it all over! (I know, I’m crazy 😂)
