I thought once you experience symptoms you should already have a strong positive?

Most pregnancy symptoms are also pms symptoms. Ever month of trying I had “pregnancy” symptoms and wasn’t pregnant and then with this pregnancy I had 0 symptoms before my positive test 🤷🏻‍♀️

Symptoms do usually result from your changing hormones which would mean your pregnant “enough” for a treat to register. HOWEVER I know many women who say they knew straight away. We are very in tune with our bodies! It’s hard not to convince yourself everything is a symptom, yet sometimes it really is . 
Sorry I know that doesn’t really answer your question but wanted to validate the experience I guess.
