Help!!! 😩

My LO is 15 mo and recently had her 15 mo vx. Since then she has been FLIPPING OUT when it’s time to put her to bed. She is SCREAMING her head off like someone is murdering her if we put her down, lay her next to me, anything other than literally being held (by me mainly or my bf).

It breaks my heart to hear her scream like that so I go back in and try to calm her down but it only lasts as long as I’m holding her. She will wake up from a dead-mouth-open sleep to a full body experience.

Idk what to do. I’ve added a night light, told her it’s “night night time” well before we actually go to bed.

Can anyone relate? Tips? Tricks? How long does this last?

(Also, I am NOT a fan of the “cry it out” method either just to be clear).

I was up at 3:30-5:00am yesterday back and forth with her and she’s starting it again tonight. Seems to be able to get to sleep faster and stay asleep better when my bf puts her down. I’ll never get out of her room if I do it. For perspective.
