Why do I miss him???😫

Just went through a pretty dramatic breakup. He done good things for me but he was manipulative / narcissistic... I miss him , i wonder if he misses me too???? We were together a year & had big plans :(

You’re going to miss him. Nobody said you wouldn’t! And it also isn’t a crime or something to be ashamed of. Don’t beat yourself up, it’s just a way of emotions showing. But maybe it’s for the best! Keep your head up.
