So I am almost 14 weeks pregnant with a baby girl!!!

The doctor called my husband and I today, and said that it is most definitely a baby girl, but that she is at a 20% chance of having Turner’s Syndrome based off the results she got back from the genetic testing.

She wants me to go have the amnio test at 16 weeks to find out more information.

This is our first baby, so I am absolutely devastated. I did not know Turner’s Syndrome was even a thing until today!

Any positive stories out there??? My dr said the percentage is low right now, and not to worry until we get more info back from the amnio test, but I’m freaking out. The baby heart beat has been perfect in both my 8 week apt and 12 week apt according to the doctor.

Has a dr ever been wrong with these type of diagnoses before? Have you/do you know anybody that’s experienced this???
