Mosquito bites or Flea bites?

My baby woke up with these bites. Just not sure what kind of bites they are. My husband and I don’t think they are bed bug bites, because we inspected the bed and didn’t see anything.  Any advice or suggestions is appreciated.

You must have a lot of mosquitoes around for baby to get so many bites in one night! That’s what makes me think it could be a different kind of bite...🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m sensitive to mosquito bites and that’s typically what mine look like. Flea bites (at least from my experience) are usually very small and in clusters.
