Anyone who lives in Texas, how does child support work? Would we have to go to court or is it by phone? Can someone pls explain this process. Idk why its giving me anxiety...

My ex decided to leave us, i have a 5,3 & an 9 month old. He DOESNT want to be put on child support but he low balled me on a payment agreement & i know he has money so idk why he did that. He makes good money, agreed on 200 every Friday but only gave me 140.

I get foodstamps & medicaid for the boys at the moment.... pls dont judge me..
