I am exactly 5 weeks postpartum today (c-section). Yesterday I started having period like cramps and started bleeding again. It’s a little more today. I am breastfeeding so I didn’t expect to get a period this quickly. I am concerned that it’s not my period and something could be wrong or I over did it. It’s not heavy and no clots, but it is bright red like fresh blood again. I have felt perfect for over a week, I have no pain from the c-section at all anymore.

Has anyone breastfeeding feeding had a period this quickly postpartum??
