Anyone have a soft marker found on heart at anatomy scan and have it not mean Down syndrome?

Just had anatomy scan and they did see a soft marker on the heart and asked me to do blood test to confirm it’s not Down syndrome. She said it’s not an indication by itself but to me certain I should do the test. Anyone have this and have it turn out fine?   Please share I’m freaking out!!

Yes! Was sent to a high-risk doctor and he actually said according to medical journals it is no longer considered a marker for DS, especially when it’s the only finding. my spot was gone a week and a half later when he checked also!

I can tell you your not alone ❤ 
I already did some blood work at 13 weeks that came back low risk for DS. 
But at my 20 week anatomy scan my daughter's right kidney is enlarged and its also a soft marker for down syndrome.  
Its the only marker she has. The only way to know for sure is an amniocentesis and i won't do that. 
Now to just wait it out. Its nerve wracking for sure.
