Should I be worried

I had sex on the 4th and then on the 10th I had pink spotting one time I wiped. Then today and yesterday I’ve been feeling mild cramps like I’m going to get my period but it’s not due for another 12 days. Could I be pregnant? We didn’t use protection (Ik. Stupid. But we were very drunk)
