Which is harder for you to say?

I feel like I'm able to say them all fairly easily. Especially to my husband

None. I'm confident and secure enough to say them all when they need to be said 💜

All of those are easy for me to say. I’m from a family where we always say “I love you” to each other, even if it’s ended a phone call or running out for a quick errand. We’re also all very quick to apologize. We may be stubborn, but it’s better to apologize and understand that you may have messed up or even just hurt someone and it wasn’t your intention. I don’t need many people, but when I do I’m happy to tell them. I want the people in my life to know how much I value them and what they mean to me. 
The things that are hard, would be saying “no” or “I can’t”. Those things I struggle with every time.
