For 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc time mamas- did you experience afterbirth pains?

How bad were they? Is it true they are worse than labor?

Yes with all 5. 4th & 5th were actually the worst. Very painful.

Actually with my second son I had very minimal pain. With my first it felt like someone beat the crap out of my lady bits for weeks. With my second the next day I had the though "did i seriously give birth last night?!" But it's different from pregnancy to pregnancy.

I’ve had all c sections with mine. 3 c sections but 4kids. And this last time was def the worse!

Had zero after my first. Had them for the rest of the day after I gave birth in the morning to my second. They weren’t as bad as labor, not even close, but they certainly weren’t fun. My mom had 5 and said they got progressively worse with each baby.

My first was a breeze. My 2nd was rough, 3rd was easy, and 4th was the worst. Im a month into recovery and sometimes still have issues.

I just had my second and they were super painful especially during breastfeeding. I was in pain meds for it in the hospital abs luckily it tapered off by 5ish days postpartum.

Yes. Nothing with my first. Horrible with my 2nd and worse with my 3rd.

3rd was my biggest and last baby. He was 10 lbs I had no epidural as I did with my first two and I felt amazing afterwards! Fastest recovery by far!
