The AC in my car went out several months ago. We took it to several mechanics and every one said it's going to be 1k to fix it. My husband out right refuses to fix my car. We own both of our vehicles and he's making me drive our 2 year old in a Ford Mustang. The has very little room and is extremely difficult to get our child in and out of. Not to mention the ac actually went out in it as well and we had to pay $200 to fix it. My car gets over 30 mpg and is very roomy for the carseat. He drives my car currently.

Well today my husband told me that he wants to take out 30k in a loan and buy a junk house to fix up and rent out. So i was like well why don't we use 1k of that to fix the car, seeing as how we're seeing temps right now of 107! (The house he wants is only 25k) And he looked at me and called me a spoiled brat and the only reason i want it fixed is because I'm a spoiled brat that doesn't know how to handle money....? That the car will never be fixed and that i need to get used to it because he's in charge of the money.

I do ALL of our bills and take care of everything on top of being in a hospital internship M-F 7-4. He literally works 7:30-4:30 M-F sitting on his ass doing nothing. He actually does nothing because his department isn't doing anything right now due to covid so he plays on his computer ALL day. He then has the audacity to come home and tell me to wipe his ass basically.

We have tried to split up before (many issues) and this car has my name on the title and the mustang has his name on the title. I'm pretty sure he won't get it fixed simply because he knows that if i try to leave again he would be out 1k. We have argued about it before.

I don't know what to do. Because not only is he belittling me calling me names because i want to fix something that would benefit everyone, he's also choosing to spend 30k on a house we don't need regardless of if i agree or not. I'm not treated respectfully and I'm super tired of it. Anytime i try to talk about it I'm immediately called a spoiled brat and told to shut the fuck up.
