Emergen-C?

Can you take Emergen-C while pregnant?? 
I am a teacher and we are returning to school in the fall. I’m terrified considering COVID, but I’m trying to think of some things I can do to stay healthy and taken care of.

I was told not to because it has to many vitamins especially if your taking prenatal as well. It’s to much. Just prenatal are fine

Contact your OB they’ll be able to give you a list of what you can take or possibly give you a prescription for something. 
I can’t really think what you can use off the top of my head

I asked my Ob if I could take it and she said yes. I don’t take it as often as I used to, but still do once in a while.

I take prenatals and 1000 mg of vitamin C daily. My OB has no problem with it. Maybe try that. I’ve been on 1000 mg for years now (way before pregnancy) and I haven’t gotten sick. Knock on wood.
