HELP!!!

Hey guys! So, I’ve been experiencing lower back pain and frequent urges to urinate. I had similar symptoms a couple months ago and saw a urologist. They took blood and urine samples but could not find a cause and they told me to stop vaping which I haven’t done since. Anyone know what this could possibly be???? I plan on seeing a doctor in the future but I’m scared to go to one now in the midst of the pandemic.
