I live on the 3rd floor in an apartment so the heat rises from below us once it starts getting chillier, and since my boyfriend & I sleep together his body + being pregnant makes me extremely hot at night .. I’ve also heard after the baby, during postpartum you continue to have night heat flashes.. so how am I gonna live without the AC on 10 high full blast 😫 we’re all sharing a room
