Low hcg

So 9 days ago I had a frozen embryo transfer, yesterday and today morning I tested my FMU. The line was barely visible yesterday, today got a bit darker but still faint. Went in for my hcg test just to find out it.s only 13😣. They wanna retest in 2 days. Anyone had low hcg when first tested with positive outcome? Any thoughts are welcome, we.ve been trying for 5 years, praying for this baby to make it.
