I need help !! I can’t look in the mirror for long ☹️

I’m a 20 year old female and in desperate need of some guidance/advice on how to shift my body fat!! For as long as I can remember, I’ve always disliked the way I’ve looked. To the point where I’m constantly wearing baggy clothes to cover the rolls! I have a weird body shape. Big boobs and a flat bum!! I bloody hate it

Anyway, does anyone have any good suggestions on how to help loose this weight / gain a booty. I’ve recently started chloe ting’s booty regime. I just don’t know what to do about my tummy / arm fat 🥺🥺
