Has anyone here got pregnant naturally with 0% sperm morphology, low perm count and low motality?

My husband has abnormal semen analysis test but he is not ready to see an fertility specialist or urologist.. He is telling we can try home remedies But I badly want a baby I don't know what home remedies should I try what should I do please help me ladies..
