What type of tampons would you recommend?

I need help with seeing what tampons work with a heavy flow and are the most comfortable

i have a medium flow so i use u by kotex compact tampons, playtex sport for swimming and i love them both. i prefer playtex or tampax pearl when my period is heavy. my next period i’m going to try L brand bc i hear the organic tampons help with heavy flow :)
