Ovulating too early after taking clomid/trigger shot?

Took clomid and trigger shot back in may for IUI which was a BFN later on. Now I’ve noticed in June and July I’ve ovulated way too early, like around cycle day 9 or 10 (haven’t taken any fertility drugs since may). Saw online somewhere that fertility drugs can raise your FSH too high for subsequent cycles even when you’re off the fertility drugs and cause early ovulation. Anyone experience this before? I’m hoping to go back to normal. Trying to conceive au naturale 🤞🏻
