My 9 wk old son has had a temp for a week now, low grade usually around 99.5 mark. I brought him in last Friday to get looked at. They think it's bronchiolitis. However he was tested for COVID, still no results 5 days later. Ears and mouth were looked at plus a chest x-ray done. Not pneumonia as of then. He's been kinda pulling in his ribs, however eating fine, regular wet / dirty diapers, acting about as normal as usual. Brought him to the ER Monday night as my clinic was closed for the night. They also put down it's an Upper Respiratory issue. Oxygen level is 99%. His temp is still hanging on so we're going back to the doctor tomorrow. This will be doctor number 3 to look at him. Praying for some better news. Has anyone else had these problems? Just wondering how long this damn low grade temp is going to go on for. Or even some advice? Anything to help put this exhausted Mama's mind at ease 😫
