S. O. S. Need sleep
I’m just over 32 weeks and I have been struggling a while now with trying to sleep. I’ve never had issues with restless leg syndrome before pregnancy but man am I struggling with it now. I am physically and mentally exhausted. As soon as my head touches the pillow my legs going and I am tossing and turning.
Does anyone have an recommendations on what I can do to get some dang sleep?
