It's been 3 weeks since I've quite cold turkey. I was only BF my LO in the morning when she woke up. I can still hand express some milk. I don't try to but I'm just checking if my milk has dried up. I don't feel full but I get the occasional pinching feeling like I could end up with a clogged duct or something.

How long did it take for your milk to dry up? I feel like 3 weeks I shouldn't be able to easily express milk like I can. I've had my period for like 6 months now. Any tips to get it to dry up completely?
