Why am I not happy?

Some days I wake up so happy & grateful for everything I have. Other days I wake up just not happy at all.. I’ll do things that make me temporary happy like shopping, getting my nails done, doing my makeup, going out but the next day I feel blahhh. I feel like I’m not happy in my relationship either but when he’s not here I’m always waiting for him to come back? Any ideas how I can work on myself & make myself happy?!
