My Dr switched my thyroid medicine and I was just about to start the new one last night. I was getting ready for bed and I always take all my medicine before bed. I was reading the bottle and noticed it said after taking the medicine, wait at least 30 minutes before laying down. So I guess I will be taking this one in the morning.

I have never had this direction on a medication before. Any ideas why?
