Prozac and pregnancy ?

Has anyone had a successful pregnancy while on Prozac?

I am on lexapro (another SSRI) and I understand that the research on SSRIs during pregnancy is somewhat lacking. My doctor has advised me, however, that what evidence there is inixicTes that it is probably safe and that negative effects are rare.  She has also repeated advised me that it is often more important to the pregnancy that the mother be in a good place mentally than that she get off the SSRI.
