I’m scared

I have a lump or bump that hurts under my armpit it’s been now 2 days I idk if it could of been my razors or diet not sure.

It comes and goes I noticed mostly under my armpits and one time on the back of my neck not sure why? Could it be cause I’m getting fatter ? 😭 I also read that it could be signs of Cancer ???
