Daily Wellness “his and hers”. I’ve bought 3 bottles. The first one, I had twins (now 12). The second one I took September 2019 and think I had a miscarriage. I just started my third bottle a few weeks ago and my ta-ta’s are too much for all my bras and killing me. We haven’t tested yet, but pretty sure...
You can get them from GNC. But BE WARNED!!!! All the stories I’ve heard people have had multiple. Fertility specialists also recommend taking this brand.

Ubiquinol is more effective than CoQ10.  DHEA should only be used if prescribed by your doctor. DHA is good. No alcohol, low caffeine and low carb diet are good.

I just started a regimen of supplements suggested from the book “It Starts with the Egg.” I’m 41 TTC #4 and have had 3 MC in the last year and a half. I’m trying to improve egg quality!

Just started this week. Going to take them for a few months and then try again. I’ve also eliminated most of my reusable plastic in the house (BPA), reducing artificial sweeteners, caffeine. Fingers crossed and good luck to you too!
