hard spot? maybe ingrown hair?

I have a hard spot that is super sore right at the bend of my leg where I shave “down there”. It is super sore. I have tried squeezing it and it just feels hard. I haven’t been able to get anything out or see an opening. should I make a doctors appointment?

my bestfriend had this! she went and it was an ingrown, ive had this but i didnt see a doctor i soaked myself in the bath and i messed with it and got it out. but if it gets too pain you need to see a doctor so they can help you get it out.
