i found out i had a boil on my vagina lip & i’ve never had a boil before. and i wasn’t sure what this bump was for the longest time.. it’s been there for about a week as a small red bump and i just thought it was an ingrown hair... well yesterday (i started my period two days ago) it got even bigger and painful to even sit a certain way or move a certain way. i had to literally lay with my legs open just to feel comfortable... this morning i wake up and it’s all filled with pus... stupid me i start trying to pop it and it popped and felt so much relief!!! i looked up how else to treat a boil but it said NOT to pop it cause it will go into my bloodstream because it’s “technically” staph. i’m scared now and was wondering if anyone else on here has had a boil and popped it theirselves or how they handled it... i also seen to put antibiotic ointment on it till it heals and keep it clean... so i’m going to do that until someone tells me what exactly what else to do...
