Getting into a better work out routine with probiotics

So im 40. 5'7 and about 155lbs. I have a back injury so working out is hard. If I get in a decent workout, my back is dead and I'm down and out for almost a week. I'm now to a point where I can do a light to medium workout every day, mostly light weights, squats, push-ups on the counter, repeat repeat repeat etc. I read that probiotics can be helpful with the belly flab and I'm skeptical. I know you can't "spot lose" so I'm wondering if anyone has noticed a difference in using probiotics with their eating and workout routines.

I use Samsung Health and my Galaxy watch to "track" heart rates and calories, as accurate as that can actually be to have an idea of calories in vs calories out (which I've found is the best way to lose weight).
