Is this long string of flesh that came out of me normal? I also have painful periods, had a D&C for suspected polyps and the surgeon said they found nothing but that they did see something on the ultrasound, must’ve passed it before so they missed it.

Definitely see a doctor and ask about endometriosis. That could be uterine tissue growing outside of the uterus.

I thought that it was just a blood clot but looked closer and it was actual tissue, I’ve been having this issue since I was 12.... and I feel like my doctors aren’t taking me seriously.

I've passed some pretty big blood clots but this is definetly probably double the size of any of mine.

Wow. I would show this to the doctors or get a second opinion. I have passed tissue smaller than this during my period but it’s very rare for me
