Do I have a UTI ?

So last week I experienced brown old blood when I would wipe, it ended earlier this week. Had cramps back pain. I have irregular periods.

Today I woke up needing to pee, I went and then later on in the day I’ve experienced the feeling of having to pee all day, cramps too. Nothing has changed; same soaps,detergent, etc. no sexual activity.

Could I just be overthinking it and just have an off day?
