Why am I bleeding?

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this but me and my husband did the deed two nights ago and I immediately started showing signs of bleeding. This is the week I was supposed to be ovulating and unfortunately he finished in me. No protection, no birth control nothing. The next morning I started wiping old brown blood and a little bit of red. Today it’s gotten a little bit heavier but not super heavy. Am I getting my period early or...? Any advice would be great thank you!
