Anxiety pills and pregnancy

Hey ladies! So my hubby and I are considering trying for baby #3 in a couple of months, but I think I need a anxiety/depression med. if I start a happy pill can it mess with fertility or cause birth defects? I have a doctors appointment tuesday, but I’m impatient and don’t wanna wait that long. 😂 I don’t want to do anything that will get in the way of getting pregnant, but I don’t want depression to get out of control either. Also any natural remedies for anxiety/depression would be awesome. Thank you!
