Is this normal?

I had a growth scan yesterday at 27+6 and baby’s head was in the 89th percentile, abdomen 44th percentile and femur length in the 7th percentile, surely that means he has a big head and really short legs? Will this change and even out over time?

I had my firstborn monitored with additional ultrasounds for being small for size. They said the femur is the least accurate (not sure in terms of actual measurement or in terms of reliability for percentage etc) but that’s what kept bringing down her overall percentage. Everything else was maybe 50th range. She’s almost 2 and height and weight are both in the 80th percentile range. But she is more torso than legs, for length, but not noticeably so. I just realized she grows out of onesies/sleepers faster so we put her in sets after that

Hmm.. I would ask my doctor if I were you. My baby has a short femur length as well, but his percentiles are all small.. highest is 32nd percent (abdominal) and lowest is femur at 8th percent. Head was 20th for my little guy. I’m sure it’s fine if the doctor hasn’t mentioned it, but I would ask if I were you to get some peace of mind :) did the radiology report say anything about it being abnormal?
