First cycle with nexplanon

I got my nexplanon march 12 and got my first cycle last week. Leading up to the cycle I had cramps and the sorest breasts for 2 weeks. Once I started I was on for 2-3 days longer and experienced the worst cramp ever. Now 5 days after I am “spotting” but it’s more than just spotting but not really heavy enough to be a period. Has this happened to anyone? Any advice?
