Acne from weight loss/working out/6 weeks postpartum?

So I started working out at 5 weeks postpartum. Nothing too wild, but I do sweat since I haven’t done any working out in awhile. Also I know I’ve been losing weight since I started the workouts cause body areas look smaller and tighter. I drink a lot of water and wash my face and shower right after. I was thinking either that it’s from the weight loss releasing toxins I had from being fat. Lol. Or the change of diet from eating healthy food? I feel gross now. The acne isn’t terrible, real small, but it’s there. Or cause I just had a baby 6 weeks ago? I have two other kids but I don’t remember how my face was when I started working out after delivering them. Has anyone else experienced this?
