I have an 8month old son and am starting school in the fall (my program is online) and was offered a promotion at work. They are even willing to make it work on my schedule. I wasnt planning on returning to work but it seems like the right move for my family. I spoke with my husband about it and he was very on board until today. I was on the phone with my boss and took the offer, after I returned downstairs my husband told me he doesnt want me going back because he will have no life, it would be work and then watch our son... in my head I was thinking that's parenting though??? Like its what you signed up for. Plus hes the one who encouraged me to take the job! He told me he would step up more and help out.

Idk how im going to get through school, work, and raising our son without his support or help.
