We picked up our crib and dresser this afternoon. We got all excited to set it up and finally have that “aha” moment. The dresser was perfect. As my husband is getting all of the crib pieces in order to assemble and I am breaking down the TONS of cardboard and styrofoam to make room and organize, I look over and realize it seems off. I grab the instructions and realize the place gave us the wrong crib. Its the same brand and color but style is slightly different and the crib we chose has a drawer underneath. I was crushed. Immediately I called them and by the sound of the managers voice, they likely knew after we had picked it up. They’re going to deliver the correct pieces to us and take away the current crib but I am still upset. After a hard week of being diagnosed with gestational diabetes and just being tired, I was excited to finally have the furniture and get the decal put on the wall but now I have to wait. ☹️ I am also highly considering asking if I can remove the new crib pieces form the packaging and have them take the trash back with them because it was a lot to break down and I do not want to have to do it again.
