I need your help

Last month i removed my iud, my period started the next day. I dont know exacly my cycle but i guess 28 days. So we had severle times unprotected sex this month, also around my ovulation. My period need to start this monday on the 20th. Last monday i woke up very dizzie and threw up the whole day, since that day i have headache, nausea, dizzy, tired, emotional and i want to snack. Today (2 days before my period) i took a early test but it was negative. Can you help me? What Should i do? Can i trust my cycle? What where your symptoms? Because i hear a lot of people about here breast and i dont have that.
