Can pregnant women eat sausage links if cooked?

I know I can't eat deli meat because of listeria, what if I grill the sausage?

I eat sausage and brats all the time as well as lunch meat. You just need to make sure it's thoroughly cooked. And with lunch meat is obviously already cooked but just heat it up again before eating it on a sandwich or whatever just to be safe

I found the loop hole to the sandwich meat. If they cut it in store then ur fine such as Jimmy John's. But if its packaged then cook it.

Sausage is my fav, I eat sandwiches from schlotzcys at least once a month (warm deli meat) I’ve had hot dogs and brats, and I even warmed up some deli meat the other day and put it on a grilled cheese 🤤 17 weeks

I’ve heard that we shouldn’t eat deli meat, and particularly cold cuts and cheeses. But I don’t think that means we can’t eat anything that could be prepared in a deli. If you are cooking the meat properly, you should be raising the temperature enough to kill the Listeria and prevent contamination. 
So, for example, I don’t eat a cold turkey sandwich with cheese based on this advice. But I would still have a turkey melt, because all parts of that are being heated enough to kill the bacteria.
