I’m using preseed this fertile window & wanted to know if it worked for anyone!

I used it after 10 cycles of bfn, and both months I got pregnant. Maybe chance but I mean 2 months in a row of getting pregnant is something I would definitely tell others to try( no harm if you just want to switch it up)

Depends on what you think it does. 
Preseed does not get you pregnant. Its not made to either nor does it claim to. 
Its literally just lube that doesnt kill sperm. Thats it. If you normally need lube, then its worth it if youre ttc. If you dont normally need lube, then you don't need it.
