Does anybody pee more often around PMS?

Period is 7 days away and I’ve been peeing more often then usual.....

I’ve had this once before and I thought I was preg and I freaked myself out so much that I had to keep going pee. My period came and I looked it up and found out that when you get nervous, it makes you have to pee a lot (like if you ever played hide and seek and when you hide, you feel like you have to pee all the time - at least for me). Not PMS related but there’s def many things that can make you feel like you need to pee more often! Right before your period, you hormones are everywhere and that could also be doing it!
