I feel like I'm failing at breastfeeding

First time mom here. I don't know I'm feeding my son enough anymore. Sometimes I barely make it to the 2 hour mark and he's hungry. Would he continues sucking if nothing is coming out? When pumping, my supply has dropped. Sometimes he feels asleep 10 minutes into it. I use to get 10oz in total but I'm rarely getting that. I only pumped once a day. Im scared I won't make it to the 6 month mark. Please help. I need tips and suggestions.
