Spotting please help🥺

So I’m a week late (which happens a lot) and I got some brown very light spotting it ended within a few hours ( I didn’t take a pic but I found one off google what it looked exactly like just imagine a little bit more brown) i even had sex and still no period and I don’t feel like I’m getting my period (no cramps) which is unusual for me I took a blood pregnancy test a few days ago it came up negative.. I’m wondering tho could I still be pregnant? I’m having a hard time getting pregnant almost been a year of trying 😩
